Quality Manager

Our Westford, MA client is looking for a skilled Quality Manager to join its team. In this role, you will oversee the quality department, from supervising employees to acting as the primary customer interface for quality-related issues. This opportunity is within the defense industry and requires the ability to obtain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities of the Quality Manager

  • Manage the quality department employees, including hiring, staffing planning, performance reviews, etc.
  • Oversee all quality data and reporting
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues
  • Communicate customer requirements throughout supply chain
  • Lead quality training programs for other departments
  • Participate in and oversee strategic, budgeting, and financial aspects of the department

Qualifications of the Quality Manager

  • Prior experience as a Quality Manager or similar role in an AS9100 environment
  • Ability to obtain DoD security clearance
