Our client in Stratham, NH is looking for an interim Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for its HR team! In this role, you will provide a variety of tasks to support their talent acquisition department, as well as cover the reception desk during breaks. Strong MS Office skills and previous experience in HR desired!
Responsibilities of the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
- Schedule interviews
- Compile information for meetings (presentations, agenda, etc.)
- Provide coverage for receptionist during lunch and other breaks
- Other administrative tasks, as assigned
Qualifications of the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
- Prior experience working within an HR department
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
