Leddy Group is seeking a motivated recruiter for a growing company in the healthcare industry. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, or in various office locations around Concord, NH.
Responsibilities of the recruiter:
-Conduct initial screenings of candidates
-Use critical and authorized screening questions that have created by the company
-Recruit potential healthcare candidates
-Find and recommend creative resources to source potential candidates
-Use JazzHR software to manage candidate flow and documentation
Requirements of the recruiter:
-Previous recruiting experience (previous healthcare recruiting experience not required)
-Experience with JazzHR preferred
-1-3 years of previous recruiting and HR experience
This is a full-time, but interim role. The expected duration of this position is 3-6 months. This could a long-term and permanent role for the right candidate.
