A healthcare organization in Nashua, NH needs the assistance of a Rehabilitation & Office Aide on a full-time basis! This role combines providing administrative support to the medical team as well as assisting patients with scheduling appointments, filing insurance, and more. The ideal candidate has good communication skills, the ability to multitask, and knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities of the Rehabilitation & Office Aide

  • Assist patients with scheduling appointments
  • Process patient insurance information
  • Create and maintain files
  • Maintain inventory of office and clinical supplies
  • Schedule medical equipment inspections
  • Ensure treatment rooms are cleaned according to policies
  • Perform other related tasks and projects, as required

Qualifications of the Rehabilitation & Office Aide

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service oriented
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Team player
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, yet personable
