Sales Administrative Assistant

We have an interim opportunity for a Sales Administrative Assistant position in Stratham, NH! Our client is looking for someone to provide office support for their sales manager on a full-time basis. No selling is necessary; however, you will be in contact with customers to assist them with their needs.

Responsibilities of the Sales Administrative Assistant

  • Perform data and order entry
  • Work with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Coordinate with shipping department on customer orders
  • Prepare reports on budgets, sales, etc.
  • Other tasks, as required

Qualifications of the Sales Administrative Assistant

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of customer service/sales experience
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Helpful, customer service-oriented personality
