Katy joined the seacoast market in 2022 after almost a decade as an assistant coach of women’s basketball for Carnegie Mellon, SNHU, and most recently, UNH. She earned a B.A. in Human Services & Rehabilitation Studies from Assumption College and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from SNHU.
Join our successful and growing client in Kittery, ME as a Sales Assistant! In this full-time position, you will support our client’s sales team by performing administrative tasks and following up with local community members that express interest in the organization’s services. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are required, as well as a positive attitude!
Responsibilities of the Sales Assistant
- Correspond via email, mail, and phone with potential and active clients
- Answer phones and direct or help callers
- Create estimates for potential and current clients
- Process payments
- Send marketing emails
- Provide follow-up customer service calls
- Other tasks, as assigned
Qualifications of the Sales Assistant
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail
- A team player with a sales-oriented, competitive mindset
