Senior Accounting Coordinator

Our Concord, NH client is looking for a skilled Senior Accounting Coordinator! This full-time position is responsible for recording transactions in the general ledger within a fast-paced position. Responsibilities of the Senior Accounting Coordinator

  • Prepare client invoices, including back-up documentation
  • Maintain project records in ERP system
  • Perform accounts receivable collection efforts
  • Review weekly expense reports for accuracy and compliance with policies
  • Process weekly expense report payments
  • Prepare month-end reconciliations
  • Process daily cash receipts
  • Process vendor invoices and payments, ensuring proper approvals are obtained and general ledger coding is accurate
  • Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Senior Accounting Coordinator

  • 3-5 years of prior bookkeeping experience
  • High school diploma required; business or accounting degree preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs
  • Ability to quickly learn new software programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with small teams
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service internally and externally
