Her 20 years of industry experience includes roles as Recruiter, Sr. Staffing Manager, Branch Manager, and now, Regional Director.

Our Newburyport, MA non-profit client is looking for a skilled Senior Administrative Assistant on a project basis! In this role, you will provide high-level day-to-day support for an executive, and complete special assignments, such as mail merges. The right candidate has strong attention to detail, solid experience with MS Office Suite, and is highly organized!

Responsibilities of the Senior Administrative Assistant

  • Draft, prepare, and send internal and external correspondence
  • Update contact database, as required
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets and documents
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate travel
  • Set up for meetings within the office
  • Take meeting notes and distribute
  • Other tasks and projects, as required

Qualifications of the Senior Administrative Assistant

  • Associate degree and 5+ years of high-level executive/senior administrative assistant experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
