From 2006 – 2016 she was the Branch Manager for Staff Hunters of Portsmouth. Prior to moving to the east coast, Amber worked for two large, national, staffing firms. Her 20 years of industry experience includes roles as Recruiter, Sr. Staffing Manager, Branch Manager, and now, Regional Director.

Join a small, tight-knit team on the Seacoast of NH as a Senior Bookkeeper! This role is responsible for processing accounts receivable and payable, reconciling bank accounts, assisting with financial reporting, and more. This role requires someone with at least three years of recent bookkeeping experience and proficiency in both QuickBooks and Excel.
Responsibilities of the Senior Bookkeeper
- Review and process incoming invoices
- Process payroll
- Update payroll records
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
- Perform other related tasks and projects, as required
Qualifications of the Senior Bookkeeper
- 3+ years of recent bookkeeping experience
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel
- Prior payroll processing experience
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible and willing to help out when needed
