Her 20 years of industry experience includes roles as Recruiter, Sr. Staffing Manager, Branch Manager, and now, Regional Director.

Our Hampton, NH client is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst for their team! Your role in this full-time, direct hire position will be to ensure our client’s employee compensation remains competitive by performing research, analyses, and guidance on findings. Advanced Excel skills and at least five years of prior related experience are required for this role.

Responsibilities of the Senior Compensation Analyst

  • Complete market research and analysis on compensation
  • Report on findings and make salary recommendations
  • Work with other teams in annual review process
  • Monitor changes in external compensation landscape
  • Develop and update procedures
  • Review internal pay information to ensure accuracy
  • Ensure organization is in compliance with reporting laws and regulations
  • Perform other related tasks and projects, as required

Qualifications of the Senior Compensation Analyst

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field
  • At least five years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and payroll software
  • Strong analysis skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Detail oriented
