Senior Customer Service Representative

Join our client’s team as a Senior Customer Service Representative! In this full-time position in Concord, NH, you will be answering insurance-related questions and assisting policyholders and agency partners. An insurance background and an excellent phone presence is required!

Responsibilities of the Senior Customer Service Representative

  • Assist agents and policyholders with questions or concerns regarding their accounts
  • Assist policyholders with accessing their accounts online and/or payments online
  • Review information regarding policies to ensure accuracy
  • Audit policies on a regular basis
  • Draft and send correspondence
  • Other tasks, as assigned

Qualifications of the Senior Customer Service Representative

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • At least 2 years of prior experience working in property and casualty insurance
  • Strong phone skills
  • Great customer service presence
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
