From 2006 – 2016 she was the Branch Manager for Staff Hunters of Portsmouth. Prior to moving to the east coast, Amber worked for two large, national, staffing firms. Her 20 years of industry experience includes roles as Recruiter, Sr. Staffing Manager, Branch Manager, and now, Regional Director.

Our Seacoast, NH client with a driven, fast-paced culture and a commitment to excellence is searching for strong candidates for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner role! In this position, you will utilize your 7+ years of HR experience in leading the HR team and ensuring all functions are performed in line with the organization’s overarching strategies. You must have a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (MA preferred), extensive human resources experience in a manufacturing setting, and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities of the Senior Human Resources Business Partner
- Work with hiring managers to identify talent needs
- Support and promote the organization’s desirability as a premiere workplace
- Lead talent acquisition planning/strategy
- Oversee performance evaluation functions
- Provide all HR services at a high level to internal and external stakeholders
- Perform other related tasks and projects
Qualifications of the Senior Human Resources Business Partner
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 7-10 years of progressive HR experience within manufacturing
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative internal and external relationships
- Spearhead and oversee projects within the organization
- Proficient in HR laws, regulations, and guidelines
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Leadership experience
