Leddy Group is seeking a Senior Training Specialist in the seacoast area. Responsibilities of the Senior Training Specialist:

  • Work with management team regularly to facilitate on site training’s
  • Develop curriculum including outline, text, handouts, tests, exercises, etc.
  • Establish and define key performance measurements
  • Explore and introduce new training technologies
  • Attend safety and production meetings
  • Effectively train employees using created curriculum and procedures
  • Establish and maintain refresher training’s for employees
  • Administer both written and practical exams to verify employee knowledge

Experience and Qualifications of the Senior Training Specialist:

  • Requires Bachelor’s degree in related technical field
  • Minimum of 5 years of instructional training in manufacturing setting
  • Must always meet deadlines with the utmost timeliness
  • Advanced MS Office skills- including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Must have knowledge of and ability to stay within compliance standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills a must
  • Frequently required to use hands and arms to reach and handle materials
  • Must be comfortable walking, standing and sitting
  • Must be a team player and positive thinker
