A fast-paced, friendly, family-owned business needs a strong multi-tasker for a Service Coordinator/Dispatching Specialist position! In this full-time, direct hire role, you will assist customers by scheduling technicians to resolve issues and perform installations, among other duties. You must have the ability to keep a level head in an often-changing environment.

Responsibilities of the Service Coordinator/Dispatching Specialist

  • Answer the phone and identify the needs of the caller
  • Monitor and respond to emails
  • Record service requests
  • Create schedule for technicians
  • Identify and fill opportunities for overtime
  • Ensure equipment and vehicles are properly maintained and registered, if necessary
  • Maintain training records for technicians and ensure they are up to date
  • Assist with accounts receivable
  • Perform other related tasks and projects

Qualifications of the Service Coordinator/Dispatching Specialist

  • High school diploma
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, dependable, and capable of working with a variety of personalities
  • Prior dispatch experience is highly preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail
