We have a full-time, direct hire Service Coordinator opportunity in Manchester, NH for someone with strong customer service skills! In this customer-facing position, you will schedule service appointments, provide estimates, and more. You’ll enjoy working within an organization with a positive culture where employees are valued!

Responsibilities of the Service Coordinator

  • Schedule service appointments for customers
  • Provide quotes
  • Order parts for repair services
  • Enter billing information into system
  • Upload documentation and pictures
  • Perform routine office tasks, such as filing, copying, etc.
  • Perform other tasks and projects, as required

Qualifications of the Service Coordinator

  • Strong customer service background
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Prior experience in service dispatch is a plus!
