Site Superintendent/Foreman

Responsibilities of the Site Superintendent/Foreman

• Supervise crew and subcontractors
• Build and manage work schedules
• Troubleshoot routine issues on job sites
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with contract, codes, and specifications
• Manage equipment, labor, and materials on multiple projects to achieve timely and profitable completion
• Maintain good relationships with internal personnel and external resources
• Provide technical assistance, including interpretation of drawings and recommendations of construction methods and equipment
• Coach and develop team members
• Implement and enforce safety and health standards
• Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications of the Site Superintendent/Foreman

• Minimum of 5 years excavation experience and 2 years as a foreman
• Skilled in excavator operation
• Strong leadership, organizational, project management, and time management skills
• Experience supervising multiple sites effectively in a deadline-driven environment
• High standards of workmanship
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• A valid US driver’s license and clean DMV record
• Must be available to work OT, nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary
• Ability to perform an active role, work safely in extreme weather conditions, and lift a minimum of 50 lbs. on a non-consistent basis

Pay for this Site Superintendent/Foreman position depends on experience, from $72,000-$85,000/year. We look forward to hearing from you!
