From 2006 – 2016 she was the Branch Manager for Staff Hunters of Portsmouth. Prior to moving to the east coast, Amber worked for two large, national, staffing firms. Her 20 years of industry experience includes roles as Recruiter, Sr. Staffing Manager, Branch Manager, and now, Regional Director.

Our Portsmouth, NH client needs some interim help from a skilled Administrative Assistant! This full-time role is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, such as answering phones, drafting correspondence, and performing data entry. You will stay busy in this fast-paced, multitasking environment!

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant

  • Answer the phone and assist or direct callers
  • Draft correspondence to customers
  • Schedule maintenance services
  • Review receipts and match to corresponding job order
  • Other tasks and projects, as assigned

Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant

  • Prior experience in an administrative role
  • Basic Word and Excel skills
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service-oriented personality
  • Team player
