Senior RF Engineer

The successful candidate will not only have a strong background in testing but also be able to manage and oversee the test operations department.

Responsibilities of the Senior RF Engineer:

  • Help manage both internal and external test schedule coordinating with the Project Coordinator, Production, and Engineering.
  • Perform testing to include: VSWR measurements, pattern measurements, gain and isolation measurements, thermal cycling, vibration, shock, and required external environmental tests (i.e., vibration, shock, humidity, etc).
  • Participate in MRB processes.
  • Generate test procedures and reports.
  • Keep equipment operational by coordinating maintenance, repair, and calibration services.
  • Supervise test technicians on a technical/scheduling level.
  • Develop new test protocols and processes to ensure all requirements are met.

Qualifications of the Senior RF Engineer:

  • Experience testing antennas in an anechoic chamber and operating RF Network Analyzers.
  • BS in Mechanical Engineering with related manufacturing and test experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
