The Leddy Group is seeking a Full Time Staff Accountant in the Lebanon, NH area. This is an opportunity to work with a deep-rooted organization that prides itself on building an empathetic, hard-working team. This position offers flexible, full time hours and competitive pay.

Responsibilities of the Full Time Staff Accountant role:

  • Handle all aspects of Accounts payable
  • Input invoices, sort and bill coupons
  • Enter vendor payments, keep proper record
  • Reconcile petty cash and postage
  • Pull reports on AP as requested by AP Manager
  • Handle all aspects of Accounts Receivable
  • General ledger, monthly AR reporting, prepare deposits
  • Record journal entries for both AP/AR

Requirements of Staff Accountant:

  • Must have Bachelor of Science in business, finance, or accounting OR
  • At least 1+ year of related experience, or Associates degree in Business and 3+ years’ experience required
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft, especially Excel, Word, and Power point
  • Extremely efficient time management skills
  • High degree of confidentiality and attention to detail
  • Ability to work as team player is a must
