Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our Manchester, NH client is looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist for their HR team! In this direct hire role, you will be responsible for recruiting candidates for job opportunities within the organization. This is a fast-paced, multi-tasking role that requires someone with prior HR experience!

Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Work with hiring managers to understand needs and create job postings
  • Using multiple methods, source candidates for openings
  • Maintain candidate information within Excel
  • Negotiate with candidates on pay and benefits
  • Other related tasks, as required

Qualifications of the Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws
  • Able to multi-task and stay organized
  • High attention to detail
  • Friendly and helpful personality
