From 2006 – 2016 she was the Branch Manager for Staff Hunters of Portsmouth. Prior to moving to the east coast, Amber worked for two large, national, staffing firms. Her 20 years of industry experience includes roles as Recruiter, Sr. Staffing Manager, Branch Manager, and now, Regional Director.

A growing company located in Hampton, NH needs a Tech Support Associate! In this full-time, direct hire role, you will provide administrative support to the technical team by entering orders, updating vendor information, and performing other related tasks. This opportunity requires a fast learner with strong Excel skills!

Responsibilities of the Tech Support Associate

  • Set up customers in the CRM
  • Take orders from customers
  • Set up work orders
  • Prepare and provide order paperwork to customers
  • Perform data entry
  • Perform other related tasks and projects, as required

Qualifications of the Tech Support Associate

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Able to work as part of a team, as well as independently
  • Good communication skills
  • Possess a customer service mindset
