Technical Support Specialist

Can you Solder with a smile? Troubleshoot while talking?

We are looking for someone who can provide technical support for customers while working with the product hands-on.  This is a chance to work for the world’s largest supplier of rotational speed measuring instrumentation and stroboscopic inspection equipment – and the list of products keeps growing!

Responsibilities of the Technical Support Specialist: 

  • Provide technical support to customers on specific products
  • Evaluating, repairing, testing and calibrating products
  • Stellar communication skills via phone, email and in person

Requirements of the Technical Support Specialist: 

  • Knowledge of electronic components and electrical assembly diagrams
  • Ability to use hand tools
  • Attention to detail
  • Sense of urgency to assist customers
  • Must have soldering experience with IPC 610 standards knowledge

The compensation for this position starts at $19/hr. This is a first shift, Monday through Friday position.
