Telehealth Help Desk Associate

Become a Telehealth Help Desk Associate for an organization in Lebanon, NH that is truly making a difference in the medical field! In this role, you will be responsible for taking incoming calls from patients regarding telehealth software. Patience and good communication skills are necessary! There are several openings for this entry-level position, and after 3-4 days of training, you can work remotely or, if you prefer, in the office.

Responsibilities of the Telehealth Help Desk Associate

  • Answer incoming calls from patients regarding telehealth software
  • Walk patients through setting up the telehealth program on a variety of different platforms
  • Perform basic troubleshooting to help

Qualifications of the Telehealth Help Desk Associate

  • Good communication and customer service skills/patience
  • General technology skills (need basic troubleshooting skills)
  • Ability to multi-task and think ahead to next steps or talk to patient while logging records
  • Need to be able to think on your feet
  • Help desk background in any capacity would be helpful, but not required
  • Reliable internet and a quiet space free of distraction if working remotely

These Telehealth Help Desk Associate positions work full time, Monday through Friday, from either 7:30am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:30pm. Although initially temporary (3-4 months), they could turn into long-term opportunities for the right people.
