Temporary Accounting Associate
Are you looking for a short-term accounting opportunity? This Temporary Accounting Associate position is the one! You’ll put your skills to work at a fast-paced White River Junction, VT company.
Responsibilities of the Temporary Accounting Associate
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile accounts
- Prepare and record cash deposits
- Maintain general ledger
- Prepare and enter journal entries
- Create financial statements
- Assist with budgeting and audit processes
- Perform additional tasks as required
Qualifications of the Temporary Accounting Associate
- 1-3 years of full charge bookkeeping experience
- High school diploma required, some college level accounting classes preferred
- Extensive knowledge of GAAP
- Computer proficiency including MS Office and accounting software; experience with Multiview is a plus
- High attention to detail
- Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
The Temporary Accounting Associate works Monday through Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm for $22-$25/hour, DOE. We look forward to connecting with you!
