Test Department Manager

Responsibilities of the Test Department Manager: 

  • Manage the test schedule.
  • Perform and supervise testing such as pattern measurements, thermal cycling, vibration, shock, and VSWR measurements.
  • Test procedure writing.
  • Develop test fixtures.
  • Ensure that testing equipment is properly maintained.
  • Provide direction to, and supervise test technicians.

Qualifications of the Test Department Manager:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Past supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing test environment.
