Tool and Die Maker/Engineer

A leader in metal stamping services is looking to hire an experienced Tool and Die Maker/Engineer in Goffstown, NH! This company makes parts that seem simple, but are very important for aerospace. This is a great full-time, direct-hire opportunity at a company whose employees enjoy great longevity in their careers!

Responsibilities of the Tool and Die Maker/Engineer

  • Make tools used to create metal stamped items
  • Use Bridgeport mills, surface grinders, and metal lathes
  • Build and maintain progressive, compound, and blanking dies
  • Use shop math and set up and work from blueprints and verbal instructions
  • Maintain a clean work area
  • Use a wire EDM (Fanuc)

Qualifications of the Tool and Die Maker/Engineer

  • 10 years of tool making experience
  • Fluent in use of Bridgeport milling machines, surface grinders, metal lathes, and other typical tool maker equipment
  • Ability to build and maintain progressive, compound, and blanking dies
  • Wire EDM Fanuc experience a plus
  • Hard worker with a safety mindset
  • Good attitude and attendance
  • Ability to work independently
  • High school diploma, Associate’s degree or BS in Engineering if looking for an engineer role
