From 2006 – 2016 she was the Branch Manager for Staff Hunters of Portsmouth. Prior to moving to the east coast, Amber worked for two large, national, staffing firms. Her 20 years of industry experience includes roles as Recruiter, Sr. Staffing Manager, Branch Manager, and now, Regional Director.

A busy, growing company in Portsmouth, NH is looking for a talented Training Systems & Program Associate on an interim basis! This opportunity works remotely and is responsible for developing training materials/courses and assisting in employee participation. You must have good technical skills and at least two years of related experience!

Responsibilities of the Training Systems & Program Associate

  • Train employees on HR initiatives
  • Help employees with logging into and using internal learning software
  • Assist other team members in creating courses
  • Prepare reports and analyze data
  • Upload training materials to learning software
  • Other tasks, as required

Qualifications of the Training Systems & Program Associate

  • Associate degree preferred
  • Prior experience working within an office
  • Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving abilities
  • Able to learn new software and technologies quickly
  • Team player who enjoys helping others grow and learn
  • Working knowledge of CRMs and MS Office Suite
