Job Description

Katy joined the seacoast market in 2022 after almost a decade as an assistant coach of women’s basketball for Carnegie Mellon, SNHU, and most recently, UNH. She earned a B.A. in Human Services & Rehabilitation Studies from Assumption College and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from SNHU.
Our Rochester, NH client is looking for someone with great customer service skills for a Universal Banker position! In this role, you will assist customers with their banking transactions and questions while cross-selling services.
Responsibilities of the Universal Banker
- Perform accurate and efficient banking transactions for customers (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, etc.)
- Balance cash drawer on a daily basis
- Resolve any questions customers may have regarding services or their accounts
- Assist with loan applications
- Cross-sell services
- Perform other related tasks and projects, as required
Qualifications of the Universal Banker
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a teller/customer service role
- Sales- and customer service-focused individual
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Goal-oriented
