Montana joined our team as an intern in a Junior Staffing Coordinator role during her winter 2020 college break. She returned to our team during the summer of 2020, and when she returned to school, worked remotely during her final semester. She officially joined Leddy Group’s Industrial & Skilled Manufacturing division as a Team Support Specialist after earning her bachelor’s degree from Franklin Pierce.

A global manufacturer is now hiring for an Entry Level Machine Operator position on first and third shift in Exeter, NH. Responsibilities of Entry Level Machine Operator
- Perform a variety of production tasks
- Load materials into production machines
- Remove and package finished products
- Sort products and move materials in the production area
- Maintain quality and safety standards
- Troubleshoot issues and report to the supervisor or team lead
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications of Entry Level Machine Operator
- Very basic computer skills
- Basic understanding of English
- Ability to prioritize
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand throughout your shift
Current openings:
- 1st Shift – M-F, 7:30am – 4:00pm
- 3rd Shift – M-F, 12:30am – 7:30am
