Warehouse & Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities of the Warehouse & Customer Service Associate

• Inspect incoming products for quality, function, cleanliness, and documentation
• Package product in proper quantities per order and label for stocking
• Pick and pack and prepare orders for shipment, and solve any related issues
• Support domestic and international shipping and receiving
• Provide customer service by phone
• Prepare materials for trade shows
• Enter inventory, orders, and shipments in system

Qualifications of the Warehouse & Customer Service Associate

• High school diploma
• Comfortable working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Self-motivated team player who can work well independently

Hours for this Warehouse & Customer Service Associate position are Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm. Pay starts at $19-$20/hour. Apply today!
