Wire Harness Assembly Specialist

A leading manufacturer of wire and cable assemblies is seeking someone with advanced experience for their Wire Harness Assembly Specialist position in Hudson, NH. Responsibilities of the Wire Harness Assembly Specialist

• Assemble established complex harnesses as well as new and first time builds
• Work with process engineering to gather necessary documentation to move product build into production
• Use measuring tools, crimp tools, wire cutting equipment, and stripping machines
• Inspect products for quality
• Assist others in fabrication of harnesses
• Follow company policies and procedures, especially safety regulations
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Wire Harness Assembly Specialist

• Must have advanced assembly experience in wire and cable harnessing
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and understand drawings, travelers, and bills of material
• Skilled in use of measuring tools, crimp tools, wire cutting equipment, and stripping machines
• Advanced training in IPC-610/IPC-620 standards
• Team player
• Good math, reading, and communication skills
• Physical dexterity and mechanical aptitude

Hours for this Wire Harness Assembly Specialist position are Monday through Thursday, 7:00am-4:30pm, and every other Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm. Pay depends on experience.
