Administrative Sales Assistant

Client in the Portsmouth, NH area is seeking general administrative support and assistance for the sales team.

Must Haves for this role:

  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Candidates must be level headed and able to work with diverse personalities.
  • Database experience is required (File Maker is preferred)

The daily duties for the Administrative Sales Assistant: 

  • Prepare and proofread persuasive sales correspondence for the team
  • Prospect and close small sales after training
  • Maintain computer file records accurately
