Responsibilities of this role will include:
- Data Entry
- Customer Service
- Working with contractors all throughout the US to ensure that you have all pictures and aspects needed to complete the file to send to the mortgage company.
- Communicate with Team Leader and Senior Coordinator.
- Answering Phone
- Other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements of the Coordinator:
- Previous administrative experience is a must.
- Experience in the construction field is highly desirable.
- 35+ words per minute with typing.
- Must have high attention to detail, organization and excellent customer service skills.
This is a full time, long-term position. Excellent compensation and benefits package. Position is Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00.
