Leddy Group is seeking a Coordinator in Claremont, NH.

Responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Data Entry
  • Customer Service
  • Working with contractors all throughout the US to ensure that you have all pictures and aspects needed to complete the file to send to the mortgage company.
  • Communicate with Team Leader and Senior Coordinator.
  • Answering Phone
  • Other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements of the Coordinator:

  • Previous administrative experience is a must.
  • Experience in the construction field is highly desirable.
  • 35+ words per minute with typing.
  • Must have high attention to detail, organization and excellent customer service skills.

This is a full time, long-term position. Excellent compensation and benefits package. Position is Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00.
