Customer Support Specialist

Growing Seacoast company is currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join their office team. The Customer Support Specialist is a vital role to ensure that all client needs are being met. This is a multitasking role that offers excellent opportunity for professional development

Your responsibilities as the Customer Support Specialist: 

  • Customer service and client communication duties
  • Oversight of shipment process from start to finish
  • Work within the inventory control database, oversight of inventory recognizing any discrepancy
  • Support to Payroll and A/R departments with time card and aging functions

You should apply for the Customer Support Specialist position if you have:

  • 2+ years related experience
  • Advanced MS office Suite abilities
  • Inventory control experience
  • Experience with payroll and A/R functions

This is a Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm schedule. This opportunity offers excellent long-term potential.
