Office Administrator 

Family owned plumbing and heating company in the NH Seacoast area is seeking an Office Administrator to assist with all administrative office duties in their busy office.

Responsibilities of this role:

  • Answer incoming phone from customers seeking service, questions, etc.
  • Take detail oriented messages to relay to techs in the office and in the field.
  • Various office duties including filing, faxing, scanning, data entry, scheduling and more.

Qualifications of Office Administrator:

  • Must have 2+ year of similar small office environment experience.
  • Legible and neat handwriting.
  • High attention to details.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

This is a temp to hire position with a client seeking a candidate who can grow in the position and take on other office related tasks.  The schedule is working Monday thru Friday; 7:30am-4:30pm.
