Jessica LaPaglia

Jessica LaPaglia is the Regional Director for Leddy Group. She joined the company in 2005 as a recruiter and was promoted into her current role in 2006. As Regional Director, Jessica leads, trains, and mentors a team of recruiters, and communicates closely with the organization’s senior management team.  Jessica is responsible not only for specialized recruiting of candidates but also works directly with each candidate in order to accurately match the skills to each position.  In addition, Jessica conducts the core hiring for all staffing divisions.

Jessica has been recognized for her hard work, positive attitude and leadership traits. In 2006, she won the company’s Vision 2015 Award, which honored her for making a significant impact and helping the company achieve its goals. Additionally, she participated in WOU’s Leadership Council in 2012.

Past Experience: Prior to joining the Leddy Group team, Jessica worked for 16 years for Shaw’s Supermarkets in various human resource capacities. During her last four years with Shaw’s, Jessica was Area Human Resource Manager, where she was responsible for all aspects of human resources in seven stores, including supervising a staff of human relations administrators and managing associate relations for 1,000+ associates

Education: Jessica graduated from Notre Dame College-Manchester with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary/Special Education.

Professional Organization/Community InvolvementShe actively volunteers in her community for both the Palace Theatre and the Greater Derry Track Club.

Personal Experience: Jessica is an avid runner. She has competed in over 100 races and completed her first marathon in October 2015.
