This recent college graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business management is an emerging marketing and human resources professional who is seeking a full-time opportunity to build on experience in both areas. Currently in a combined marketing and HR internship, this individual supports recruiting and onboarding, employee communications, marketing materials, project coordination, and internal initiatives, bringing strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
Molly joined the Upper Valley market in the fall of 2024 after a career in human resources with ESOP (employee-owned) and non-profit organizations. She graduated with an associate’s degree in hospitality management from NHTI and Les Roche-Crans Montana, Switzerland.
