Expertise includes managing Statements of Interest, prequalification packages, RFPs, RFIs, AIA contracts, budgets, bonds, purchase orders, and state certifications while supporting projects from design through completion. Organized, collaborative, and solutions-oriented, this individual has developed tracking tools and budget templates to improve project oversight and operational efficiency.
Katy joined the Seacoast market in 2022 and was promoted to Senior Staffing Manager in 2026. Prior to Leddy Group, Katy spent almost a decade as an assistant coach of women’s basketball for Carnegie Mellon, SNHU, and UNH. She earned a B.A. in Human Services & Rehabilitation Studies from Assumption College and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from SNHU.
