Moving up the ranks, our candidate was most recently in a leadership role, overseeing daily operations, production schedules, tooling, inventory, and training personnel. With extensive hands-on experience creating and optimizing CNC programs, supporting just-in-time manufacturing through Kan Ban systems, and maintaining safety and quality standards, the candidate demonstrates the ability to improve efficiency and drive success.
Emma joined the Central market in Spring 2026, bringing a diverse background in recruiting, Special Education, and Child Protective Services. Emma earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Deaf Studies, an Associate’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, and an Assistive Technology Graduate Certificate from the University of New Hampshire.
