Most recently serving as Vice President of Finance prior to a company acquisition, this individual oversaw the full P&L for a $1B+ operation spanning 13 sites and two corporate offices. Expertise includes FP&A, forecasting, capital planning, acquisitions, financial reporting, and operational analytics, with a proven history of partnering with executive leadership to improve performance, support strategic initiatives, and drive sustainable growth.
Becky joined Leddy Group in 2008. As Regional Director, she leads a team of specialists who recruit administrative, customer service, industrial, and skilled manufacturing talent for client companies in the seacoast market.
