A dedicated Human Resources Assistant currently pursuing a BS in business and HR brings experience in payroll, benefits, and full-cycle recruiting across healthcare and industrial sectors. Our candidate has supported key HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, compliance reporting, payroll auditing, training, workers’ compensation, disability claims, and HRIS management, while also assisting with policy development.
Amber has been a member of the Leddy Group team since December 2015, when Leddy Group acquired Staff Hunters of Portsmouth. She brings over 20 years of staffing industry experience. Before moving from the West Coast to the Seacoast, Amber worked in the staffing industry for two national staffing firms and at Sony Corporation of America in recruiting and human resources. Amber, a native of San Francisco, attended the University of Iowa and holds a certification in Human Resource Management from the University of California, Berkeley. She is also a graduate of the Leadership Seacoast program.
