Over the past five years, our candidate has progressed from an internship to a Human Resources Generalist role, gaining hands-on experience in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, employee support, and day-to-day HR operations. Approachable and adaptable, this candidate enjoys working with employees and being part of a collaborative team while continuing to broaden HR knowledge and responsibilities. With an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in Educational Studies with a Psychology minor, our candidate is interested in an HR Generalist, Specialist, or Coordinator role within a mid-sized organization that offers room to grow.
Amber has been a member of the Leddy Group team since December 2015, when Leddy Group acquired Staff Hunters of Portsmouth. She brings over 20 years of staffing industry experience. Before moving from the West Coast to the Seacoast, Amber worked in the staffing industry for two national staffing firms and at Sony Corporation of America in recruiting and human resources. Amber, a native of San Francisco, attended the University of Iowa and holds a certification in Human Resource Management from the University of California, Berkeley. She is also a graduate of the Leadership Seacoast program.
