Particularly strong in labor relations, our candidate has experience in collective bargaining, employee relations, workplace investigations, policy development, workforce planning, recruitment and retention, benefits, and staff development. A collaborative and thoughtful partner, our candidate is comfortable working with everyone from employees and union representatives to senior leadership and elected officials to resolve issues, strengthen relationships, and keep organizations moving forward.
Molly joined the Upper Valley market in the fall of 2024 after a career in human resources with ESOP (employee-owned) and non-profit organizations. She graduated with an associate’s degree in hospitality management from NHTI and Les Roche-Crans Montana, Switzerland.
