An accomplished operations and warehouse professional specializing in fulfillment, logistics, and continuous process improvement is planning to relocate to the Seacoast area. Most recently, this individual served as General Manager and Director of Continuous Improvement—responsible for a 65, 000-square-foot facility, supervising 65 staff members, and overseeing production, inventory, quality assurance, and customer logistics. Equipped with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, MHE trainer certification, and a Master’s in Biotechnology, they bring pragmatic leadership focused on delivering tangible results.
Ben joined us in 2022 after 20 years in customer service roles, including 14 years in retail pharmacy management. Ben is focused on recruiting and servicing clients for the Industrial and Skilled Manufacturing staffing division.
