A U.S. Army veteran with more than 10 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance, carpentry, construction, renovations, repairs, and installations is seeking a property maintenance or manufacturing role. This individual brings strong mechanical aptitude and experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, groundskeeping, snow removal, and equipment operation, backed by OSHA 10 and forklift certifications. Bilingual in English and Spanish, our candidate is safety-conscious, dependable, and comfortable working independently to keep properties and equipment well maintained.
