Our Manufacturing Associate candidate has been with the same organization for 20+ years and is looking for a new role on either the 1st or 2nd shift in the Rutland, VT area. This person is familiar with machines and currently runs an automated sandblast machine and assists with shipping orders, as well. Comfortable in a moderate or fast-paced environment, our candidate has a good sense of humor and a positive attitude.
Katie joined Leddy Group in 2015. She was promoted at the beginning of 2021 from Sr. Staffing Manager to Regional Director for the Lebanon market. Katie is one of the only team members in our company who has successfully touched every specialty over the course of her tenure: Accounting & Finance, Administrative, HR, Industrial & Skilled Manufacturing, and Engineering.
