Our candidate has had a long career in retail and is looking to branch out into human resources or an Office Manager role somewhere between New Durham and Portsmouth, NH. This hard worker with a BS in business administration was most recently the Assistant Manager of Customer Operations, responsible for hiring and employee management, and prior to that held an Assistant Store Manager role, responsible for analyzing reports to forecast goals.
Katy joined the Seacoast market in 2022 and was promoted to Senior Staffing Manager in 2026. Prior to Leddy Group, Katy spent almost a decade as an assistant coach of women’s basketball for Carnegie Mellon, SNHU, and UNH. She earned a B.A. in Human Services & Rehabilitation Studies from Assumption College and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from SNHU.
