A hands-on manufacturing and operations leader with extensive experience in value stream management, lean manufacturing, production, inventory control, and warehouse operations is looking to return to an engineering/manufacturing environment. Our candidate worked up through the ranks from the production floor into leadership, ultimately overseeing multiple production lines and teams of up to 28 employees while partnering closely with planning, scheduling production, eliminating waste, improving workflow, and supporting Kaizen and Kanban initiatives. Passionate about value stream operations and continuous improvement, this collaborative, lead-by-example individual brings strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Christine joined Leddy Group’s Engineering Division in the summer of 2021. She brings extensive experience in customer success and learning & development in technology companies. She is an alumnus of Notre Dame College of New Hampshire.
