After advancing from Assistant Production Manager to Production Manager within a year, this individual established an entire planning function, developing processes for labor, materials, new-part introductions, and production scheduling while overseeing teams of up to 45 employees. With a strong understanding of manufacturing operations from planning through delivery, our candidate is seeking to build on this experience in a new production or planning opportunity.
