DOVER, N.H., January 14, 2020—Leddy Group, a privately owned, regional staffing company serving New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, and northern Massachusetts since 1994, recently promoted Dawn Mackay to Senior Staffing Manager of its Rutland, Vermont office.

Mackay joined Leddy Group in 2016 as Staffing Manager after a 15-year career in restaurant management. While still responsible for being a key contributor to the Rutland team, Mackay will become more actively involved in promoting Leddy Group and its services in the local community as part of her new role and will continue to develop, grow, and foster relationships with all external stakeholders.

Mackay graduated from Castleton University and is a member of both the Rutland Young Professionals and the Rutland Chamber of Commerce, serving on the Special Events Committee for the latter.
